Our simplest and most cost effective package "Sparrow" includes a bi-weekly check on the interior and exterior of your home and a biweekly mail collection at either your home or nearby mailbox cluster. This is a great starting point with the option of adding other add-ons that are important to you.
02.Hawk Package
Our "Hawk" package includes a weekly interior and exterior check on your home, a weekly mail collection at either your home or nearby mailbox cluster and a monthly maintenance cleaning. This is a great all around service choice for people who snow bird for several months.
03.Eagle Package
Our most comprehensive package, "Eagle" keeps a sharp eye on your home and keeps it fresh for your return. It includes weekly interior and exterior home checks, weekly mail collection near the home, a weekly outbuilding check and a bi-weekly maintenance cleaning.
04.Welcome Home Cleaning Package
Let our welcome home package make your arrival calm and comfortable. It includes picking up groceries at one local grocery store that you put an order in to and adding them to your fridge and pantry for you. We also do a full house cleaning and open all the windows to air out the house. Before we leave we close the windows and set the thermostat to your preferred comfortable setting, so you can come home and relax.
05.Closing Cleaning
Closing cleaning is a one time cleaning done after you leave for the season. This closing cleaning is a standard house cleaning, with the a clean out of the perishables in the fridge, so you don't have to come home to a smelly chore.
06.Outbuildings
We can add checking on your outbuildings to your Home Watch service plan. $20/wk
07.Mail Retrieval
