Our complete package "Hawk" has the unique tri-monthly home check visit. About every ten days we check the interior and exterior, collect the mail at either your home or nearby mailbox cluster, and do a monthly maintenance cleaning. This is a great all around service choice for people who snow bird for several months.

Bi-Weekly Mail Collection
Our simplest package "Sparrow" is our most cost effective. It includes a bi-weekly check on the interior and exterior of your home and a biweekly mail collection at either your home or nearby mailbox cluster. This is a great basic service.
